phksy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP).
Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of deposit selection.
Deposits are credited to your phksy wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for electronic games, and by real-time physical outcomes for live-streamed games such as Sabong.
phksy's Slots and Jackpot Slots games use RNG systems that are regularly audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed on the game information page.
For Sabong, phksy streams live from PAGCOR-accredited derbies. phksy does not control the physical outcome of Sabong fights. In the event of a disputed result at the physical arena, phksy will defer to the official declaration by the arena referee and PAGCOR representative. Bets placed on fights that are cancelled or abandoned before a result is declared will be voided and stakes returned.
For Tongits, phksy's online tables use a certified card shuffle algorithm. All hand outcomes are logged and available for review by the player in their game history for up to 90 days.
Any technical malfunction that results in an erroneous display of game outcomes will be voided. phksy's decision on voided bets resulting from technical failures is final, subject to the review process described in the dispute resolution section of these Terms.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on phksy and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

By registering a phksy account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, though phksy may retain certain data for the period required by law.
phksy will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies — all of which are necessary to operate a licensed gaming platform in the Philippines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phksy's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
